Training, Retreats, Group Grief Support & More

I’m here to support the people in your organization, and the community created there.

You and your organization work for liberation, justice, and thriving for all.

You’re doing vital, life-sustaining, meaningful work, and you want your organizational culture to embody and enact
these values and practices. You are committed to prioritizing the needs, learning, opportunities for growth and
relationships within your organizational community.

Living and working within whiteness, settler-colonialist capitalism, ableism, and cisheteropatriarchy, and the trauma and grief they create, it can be incredibly challenging to create communities of care, trust, and mutual accountability.

I’m here to walk this path with you, and support you a long the way.

Offerings, crafted in partnership with you and your team:

  • Development and facilitation of staff and volunteer trainings, especially around program policies and practices; Trauma Informed Care; loss and grief; LGBTQ2S+ issues; self-harm; and more

  • Staff and volunteer support, including grief support, retreat development, and guided Forest Bathing for wellness

  • Field placement supervision for BSW and MSW students, including Employed Social Workers

  • Writing content, especially newsletter/e-news and blog posts

Some of the organizations I’ve worked with to create
and offer trainings, retreats,
Forest Bathing/nature immersions; field supervision for
MSW students; newsletter and content creation;
and grief support:

  • Dougy Center

  • El Programa Hispano Católico

  • FosterClub

  • Sisters of the Road

  • New Avenues for Youth

  • Partum Gardens

  • Boys & Girls Club

I’d be honored to accompany and support you on this
vital, challenging, and life-giving path.

I have worked in community-based social justice and social services organizations for many years.

My work starts always from a place of listening and learning. I am passionate about lovingly challenging and changing the ways that systems of domination show up in the work we do together, and I approach this work with humility and curiousity.

I believe we learn best and grow sustainably when we build cultures of trust and accountability.

When we create cultures in which feedback and conflict are experienced as gifts, rather than threats, beautiful, powerful things can happen.
